Mariko Takeo is a Japanese painter

who paints in a theme of ‘Love’.

Also inspiration of her works is to heal the world.
From an early age, she was sensitive to feeling people's emotions, felt an invisible sensation, and knew that there was a color there.

So she loves painting.

At the age of 18, she was attracted to Norwegian nature and studied in Norway, where she studied clothing, design, natural beauty and the vastness of the world at a local high school.

After that, she continues to paint, working, but she wondering … Why in reality we hurting each other .
Those who are supposed to love each other, even though all living things are lovable.

So, she started working as a painter because she wanted to heal such a world and tell love is just here.
Her painting uses mostly acrylic gouache.

She also use pencil, watercolor too.
Currently, she started painting which use washing and pigment.
